About Us

On the surface athletics and fitness can seem like something you do just to stay healthy. But it is truly so much more than that.

I got into fitness when I was about 14 years old and it is something I will always be grateful for. Growing up I always had a goal, something to chase and something to continuously aspire to. Training gave me direction.

It taught me a lot of lessons about pushing myself, whether that meant forcing down an extra 2,000 calories at 3 in the morning hoping to put on muscle or showing up every single day and training only to see painfully slow progress. It taught me patience. It taught me discipline. It taught me perseverance.

Along the way I met great people and built lasting connections.

Beyond just lifting, athletics as a whole is incredibly important. Whether it is developing valuable life skills, building a strong mindset, being part of a team or having great role models like coaches. Training creates something bigger than just physical results because regardless of the sport or background, athletics can have a lasting positive impact on people’s entire lives. In and outside of athletics. 

That is why I created FitNex.

I had the opportunity to grow up playing sports and lifting and I have seen firsthand the positive impact it had and continues to have on my life today. I want to give everyone that same opportunity by providing the tools and resources they need to attack their goals and build something meaningful for themselves.
